You can apply to become a Localpinner through the app by creating a profile and filling out the application form. Applications are reviewed by the Lukal team.

Applicants are expected to have lived in their city for at least 2 years and comply with community guidelines.

Lukal operates on a voluntary basis. Reward programs and collaborations are planned for the near future.

Only approved Localpinners can share recommendations. However, all users can view, save, and report outdated information.

Yes, recommendations are regularly reviewed by our algorithms and moderation team for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with community guidelines.

Pins not re-pinned by Localpinners are deactivated after 6 months and no longer appear on the map. A pin can be re-pinned by Localpinners at any time.

All recommendations in the app are added solely by Localpinners living in that area.

By applying to become a Localpinner, sharing recommendations, contributing to the map, liking other users’ contributions, and providing feedback to support community growth.

A location can be pinned by up to 3 Localpinners and will remain on the map for 6 months from the date of the last pin. Locations not updated or re-pinned by a new Localpinner will automatically deactivate after 6 months.

No. Every location in Lukal is added by Localpinners residing in the area. There are no visual hierarchies, featured placements, or ads.

Localpinners who post false or misleading recommendations are warned or, if necessary, removed from the community.

Yes, all your data is protected in accordance with Personal Data Protection Law standards.

Click on the relevant pin and use the “Report an Issue” option to easily report incorrect information, closed venues, or inappropriate content.

You can delete your account at any time from the settings section in your profile.

When you delete your account, your data is completely removed from our systems within a certain period in compliance with Personal Data Protection Law regulations.
