1. Parties
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) regulate the use of the Lukal mobile application and related services (“Services”), provided by FABETA DANIŞMANLIK GIDA TURİZM METAL SAN. VE TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. (“Company”).

2. Scope of Services
Lukal is a discovery and experience application that displays local recommendations on a map, allowing users to search and filter content. Content is user-contributed and may change over time. If the user’s consent is obtained, push notifications may be sent through the application. This service is provided through third-party technical providers (e.g., OneSignal or similar services).
3. License and Right of Use
• The application is provided to you under a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use.
• This license does not constitute a sale; ownership remains with the Company.
• Copying, selling, renting, sublicensing, reverse engineering, or attempting to bypass security features is prohibited.
4. Rules of Use
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating an account.
• Sharing unlawful, harmful, or disruptive content is prohibited.
• Spam, misleading information, intellectual property infringement, and security breaches are prohibited.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
All software, design, interface, and trademarks belong to the Company. Responsibility for user-generated content lies with the creator.
6. Paid Features and Advertising
The app may include paid services, subscriptions, advertising, and partnerships. Conditions will be announced within the app.
7. Updates
The app may be updated from time to time. Updates are subject to these Terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided “as is.” No guarantee is given for error-free, uninterrupted operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect damages. Direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
10. Modifications and Termination
The Company may update these Terms. Accounts may be suspended or terminated in case of violation.
11. Third-Party Terms
If the app is obtained through the App Store or Google Play, their terms also apply. Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts and enforcement offices of Ankara, Turkey.
